Duties

- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software, Eaglesoft.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks related to office management.
- Handle billing inquiries and provide information about services offered at the dental office.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
Skills
- Proficiency in phone systems and dental practice management software, Eaglesoft, is essential.
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interactions with patients and staff.
