Crew Leader – Lawn Care
Location: South Suburbs & Surrounding Areas of Park Forest, IL
Job Type: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
Pay: $19–$27 per hour (Higher pay based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of lawn care, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and bush/hedge trimming.
- Work alongside your crew while providing leadership and guidance.
- Assign tasks and ensure the team works efficiently and delivers quality results.
- Train and mentor new crew members (earn a training bonus).
- Follow and enforce strict safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients and address their needs.
- Maintain proper use and care of equipment.
- Assist in improving routes and job efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping required.
- Leadership experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate and train others on commercial lawn care equipment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
