Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with potential customers and leads over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Represent the plastic surgery practice with enthusiasm, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
- Consultation Scheduling:
- Schedule consultations with our skilled plastic surgeons based on customer preferences and availability.
- Guide potential customers through the process of booking appointments for in-depth consultations.
- Procedure Coordination:
- Work closely with potential customers to schedule their plastic surgery procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Provide detailed information about pre and post-operative instructions and address any customer concerns.
- Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various plastic surgery procedures offered by our practice.
