Duties:
- Manage and supervise program staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Performs Quality Assurance duties to coordinate and enforce federal, state and local regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Lead program development initiatives to enhance clinical services
- Navigate and coordinate requirements of state agencies including SAI, Drug Court, State parole, IDRC, DMHAS, Medicaid
- Compile and submit provider applications to HMO’s and State agencies
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- At least 2 years experience in supervising staff and/or managing programs
- Proficiency in working with clients in mental health and addictions settings
- Ability to foster a staff environment of teamwork and collaboration
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Salary:
Starting salary $100,000. Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and licensure.
Qualifications:
LCSW or LPC or LCADC
Minimum of 5 years working within the mental health and addictions field.
Minimum of 2 years Post-licensure management and clinical supervisory experience in the mental health and/or addictions field.
