High Lantern Group (www.highlanterngroup.com) is increasing its capabilities to meet growing client demand by adding a Director to lead a portfolio of projects in the life sciences for clients in both private and non-profit sectors. We are looking for high performers who are results-driven and execution-focused. The position will be based in the HLG Philadelphia office, with a hybrid schedule.
This is an opportunity to join a highly successful strategic consulting firm experiencing rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in healthcare, communications, strategy, and policy. Experience with consulting agency and/or Alzheimer’s Disease is preferred, but not required
.
What you’ll do
- :Lead large, complex client engagements for global companies, international coalitions, and non-profit organization
- sBuild, manage, and develop internal teams to serve client need
- sWork directly with senior management to create, scope, and execute new projects that lead to new revenue growt
- hLead high-stakes external engagements by moderating discussions, leading panels, hosting workshop
- sServe as lead both internally and client-side for day-to-day details as well as broad strategic question
- sServe as a mentor to junior colleagues and create new opportunities for internal growth and developmen
