High Life is looking for a motivated and strong leader to manage our busy retail store on North Tryon in Charlotte, NC.
This is a full time gig requiring 35-40 hours a week.

Starting pay is $13-15/hour PLUS uncapped commission!
The more you sell, the more cash you earn in commissions! You’ll also get paid for your training hours, and they’ll show up on your first paycheck.
As the manager, you’ll be in charge of the daily operations of the store and working on boosting sales for a smooth-running shop. Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Run the store operations
2. Manage the staff.
3. Communication *Good communication is super important for this role
4. Keep a positive and productive work vibe.
5. Customer Service *You’ve gotta be all about making customers happy!
6. Sales and Marketing.
7. Make sure we follow federal, state, and local laws. *Stay on top of tobacco policies and make any changes needed.
8. Manage inventory.
9. Merchandising.
10. Financial Management & Deposit Runs to the Bank
- What we’re looking for: Awesome customer service skills, great communication, solid time-management, and at least 1 year of management experience. Retail experience is a big plus. You’ll also need reliable transportation to get to the bank to make deposits.

- Store Hours are 8am to 11pm daily, with openers arriving at 7:30am and closers typically out around 11:15pm.
- Physical stuff: You’ll constantly be moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two hours straight. Sometimes you'll need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
