Job Description
Position: Project Coordinator
Type: Contract (1 year with possible extensions)
Start Date: Immediately
Location: The Helmsley Building, 230 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10169 (next to GCT)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Time: 8:30am-5:30pm (includes a lunch hour which is not paid time)
Pay: $25-$35/hour (Depending on work experience)

Our team holds the required OSHA Certifications for façade inspections via boom lift, suspended
scaffold, supported pipe scaffold, and industrial rope access (SPRAT Certified). We work closely with NYC
Building Owners and Property Managers to ensure compliance with local laws and maintain building
safety.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working as an effective team member.
- Manage and maintain an accurate, up to date project schedule.
- Manage and track Outlook calendar.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors via calls and email.
- Manage client expectations by providing acurate information.
- Manage/resolve issues from the team with their project deliverables.
- Identify potential scheduling issues and try to resolve it to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage administrative/clerical tasks.
- Manage all resources needed for the team to be on-site.
- Keep open communication with the team while they are on-site.
- Bachelors Degree
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written skills.

- Extremely organized.
