Armed with a good understanding of the products, a substantial list of current customers, and one on one training, you will build a pipeline by developing relationships with government agencies and local businesses. This is a job where you will be seeing customers and prospects daily in your territory. You are supplied a company pickup truck with a lift and can upsell products carried in the truck.
Responsibilities:
Full sale cycle management including territory-based prospecting, canvassing, quoting and billing.
Cold calling for new business as well as visiting current customers.
Researching customer’s needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, order placement, and product information
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize Salesforce CRM system to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
Conduct market research to identify potential business development opportunities

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in using technology for sales and account management purposes
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
