The work is stressful, strenuous, and dangerous, and will include performing tasks in a combination of fabrication shop, office, and outdoor working environments. The work involves climbing, bending, sitting, standing, crouching, reaching overhead up to 50 pounds, heavy lifting up to 60 pounds frequently, and being on your feet for up to 12-hours per day. Additionally, you will often be in a noisy and dirty environment due to materials and machinery. Performance of these tasks will be required in all types of weather conditions.

- Work with burn tables, press brakes, saws, and robotic machines to produce precision parts.
- Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring all work meets safety and fabrication guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues before they impact production.
- Keep equipment running smoothly by following maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
- Cut corners on safety or ignore company protocols.
- Don't pay attention to details or take pride in quality craftsmanship.

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Safety Certifications: Training in GHS/Hazcom and industry-specific safety protocols.
- Technical Skills: Experience operating CNC machinery in steel fabrication environments.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow blueprints, drawings, and quality control standards.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Software Experience: Familiarity with Tekla EPM GO software is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
