The primary duties:
- Greeting patients with a smile
- Manage Patient Accounts
- Manage Schedules and Receipts for Patients
- Collect Payments and Close End of Day Financials and balance
- Check-out all patients
- Accountability for patient to practice guidelines
- Explain Insurance and Superbills as necessary
- Retrieve and Return Phone Messages
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Statistics
- Complies with HIPAA requirements, protecting the privacy and confidentiality of an individual's health information
- Assist in front desk coverage when needed
- Answer multi-line phones, answer patient questions and scheduling of patient appointments as necessary
- Completes other tasks as assigned by Office Manager or Clinical Director
- Conducts self in accordance with company policies, procedures and handbook
Qualifications
This position does not require you to have a chiropractic assistant license or experience in chiropractic. We will train you and equip you for success.

Additional Information
Hours are As Follows: 7:45-6:15pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45-12:30 Friday.
Pay is Hourly $12-$15.
