We’re are currently seeking dedicated and resilient Event/Banquet Servers who are committed to exceeding expectations to enhance our members’ dining experiences.
Event servers work at events such as weddings and parties. In addition to serving food, they set up and break down the event. Event servers need to be energetic, friendly, social and love working with guests. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry trays and equipment as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Execute flawless service during high-pressure events and banquets, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience
· Collaborate seamlessly with team members to maintain efficiency and professionalism under challenging circumstances.
· Ability to maintain composure under pressure and deliver consistent, high quality service.
· Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in event areas, including dining tables, serving stations and equipment
· Prior experience in banquet or event serving preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Requirements
·Ability to move numerous tables & chairs, as well as, being able to hold heavy trays of glassware/dishware.
· Willingness to commit to flexible hours, including evening, all weekends, and EVERY holiday.
