POSITION TITLE: Supportive Living Memory Care Nurse Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Memory Care Nurse Director to join our team at High Point Residence Kankakee. As the Memory Care Nurse Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our memory care residents and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and CNAs, developing care plans, and ensuring that all state and federal regulations are met. Your ultimate goal will be to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, while also ensuring that their medical needs are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Illinois nursing license
- Experience in memory care or geriatric nursing
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care of memory care residents
- Manage a team of nurses and CNAs

Skills:
As the Memory Care Nurse Director, you will use your nursing expertise and leadership skills to oversee the care of our memory care residents. You will also need to have excellent organizational and time management skills to manage a team of nurses and caregivers and develop care plans for residents. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to memory care and be able to ensure that these regulations are met. Finally, you will need to have a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents and be committed to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: $70,655.00 - $74,239.00 per year
