Maintenance Staff
Program & Location: Plymouth Inpatient Campus
Education: High School diploma
Pay Range: $22-27/hour
Shift: Full Time, 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Maintenance Staff Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Possess knowledge and skills needed to provide maintenance
- An understanding of confidentiality, boundaries and ethics
Maintenance Staff Duties & Responsibilities
- Sufficient knowledge of chemical handling and the MSDS Manual
- Knowledge of OSHA safety precautions
- Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA
- Adherence to SRN/HPTC policies and procedures
- Conduct daily facility tours and collect all maintenance requests; Ensure that the facility grounds and amenities are maintained in safe and attractive conditions: ie. Lawn care, parking lot, building entrances, walkways and snow removal
- Perform minor electric, plumbing, HVAC and building repairs
- Repair and paint the facility as directed
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all maintenance, lawn care, housekeeping and floor care equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all refrigeration units and other electrical appliances
Maintenance Staff Qualifications
- High school diploma
- License and vehicle required
- Must be able to travel to outpatient and come in for emergency on-call
- Must have general knowledge of basic HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Landscaping, Painting
