We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Agronomist/Farm Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, maintenance, and grain hauling. The ideal candidate will have experience working with corn and soybeans, be capable of using or learning Ag Leader monitors as well as SMS software, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as with others. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about farming and looking to gain valuable experience in the agricultural industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan fertility, seeds, herbicides for each year's crop and manage data
- Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery.
- Plant and harvest crops according to the schedule.
- Perform general maintenance of the farm grounds, buildings, and equipment.
- Assist with planting, weeding, and other farm tasks.
- Scout crops and work with digital data in Ag Leader SMS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
