- Forest View Educational Center, Arlington Heights, IL.
- On-site, not remote or hybrid.
- Occasional travel to offsite locations.
- Days of work are generally Monday-Friday, but some evenings and Saturdays are required.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to accommodate registration/assessment dates and special events.

- Manage the CASAS TopsPro Enterprise test management system.
- Complete all required training for grants, assessments and data through ICCB or test publishers and ensure that all registration staff do the same.
- Maintain instructor records in Daisi, coordinate professional development data entry activity in Daisi database and run quarterly reports for professional development requirements.
- Manage course approvals and descriptions with ICCB and in DAISI.
- Monitor and analyze student performance, placement and transitions within and outside of the program.
- Oversee the student data entry for additional data systems, including, but not limited to, Burlington English for ESL and Salesforce for NAI.
- Prepare statistical reports for ICCB and other funder grants per requirements.
- Assist the Community Engagement Supervisor to gather grant writing data, projections, and statistics as needed.
- Coordinate workflow and responsibilities with coordinators and registration staff.
- Work with other staff to:
- Schedule classes, locations, registration processes, and pre-and post-assessments for all students.
- Coordinate with Head Instructors on the class calendars and post-testing dates.
- Maintain accurate record of assessments, attendance and student demographic information.
- Coordinate the data collection process and the ICCB DAISI Database.
- Coordinate CASAS/other pre- and post-testing per the test publishers’ guidelines.
- Coordinate, supervise and schedule on-site and remote registration and door staff.
- Manage grant document retention in physical or electronic formats, including archives to meet funder requirements.
- Implement and manage electronic document retention system.
- Identify and implement efficiencies to streamline operations.
- Participate in local professional development activities.
- Complete new employee GCN training and annual updates as required.
- Report to the Community Engagement Supervisors and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel, Google Suite and sheets.
- Experience planning and coordinating workflow and leading a team to meet deadlines.
- Three years or more experience in data, student assessment and/or recordkeeping.
- Detail-oriented, ability to produce highly accurate, quality work.
- Proficiency in oral and written English required. Proficiency in additional languages is helpful.
- Must clear a fingerprint background check through District 214.
- High School Diploma or Illinois High School Equivalency Certificate required
- Associates degree, or BA/BS preferred.
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing, lifting and walking are required.
- This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs., bend, stoop, and stretch overhead.

This position works with the grant-funded Adult Education and Family Literacy team members to coordinate enrollment, assessment, recordkeeping, data collection and support services for students. Analyzing data and reporting student activity and outcomes is a primary responsibility. The position ensures compliance with all funders, including Illinois Community College Board, ICIRR New Americans Initiative, Secretary of State, etc.
