As our Technology Services Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot issues, implement cutting-edge solutions, and collaborate with staff, students, and community members to support a dynamic learning environment.
What You’ll Do:
Solve complex tech challenges – Troubleshoot and resolve issues with system incompatibilities, software, network connectivity, and applications.
Support video production & distribution – Manage and resolve issues within our video studio, distance learning center, and distribution system.
Implement the latest tech – Stay ahead of the curve by integrating new software and hardware solutions.
Lead & coordinate – Oversee Level I & II Technicians, coordinate telecommunication system maintenance, and supervise Technology Assistants.
Keep things running smoothly – Maintain file servers, backups, and ensure ongoing LAN, WAN, and video distribution operations.
Be a tech consultant – Provide expertise and guidance for instructional technology programs.

Planning & Organizational Skills – A detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving.
