Summary: High Sierra Business Systems is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our in office team. Candidate will provide exceptional customer service and complete assignments to provide service to end users, dispatch technicians and support all in office roles. Candidate will also have a significant opportunity to learn and grow internally. Training is provided with room for advancement. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service including clear and concise information regarding work status.
- Assist end user with basic functionality.
- Help to cover copy center when needed.
- Help manage incoming inventory.
- Maintain paperwork and inventory per company policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist in covering other job roles within High Sierra Business Systems.

Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate constructive and diplomatic internal discussions and support customer relations.
- Strong organization and problem solving skills.
- Positive, friendly and supportive attitude.
- Ability to bend, sit and squat as well as lift and move as much as 40-60 lbs.
- Must hold valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Desired Qualifications:
- Previous office experience.
- Experience with E-Automate(not required though).

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
