Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager that wants to crush it! This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and enhancing relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in driving growth and ensuring that our clients receive the best financial guidance tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC and plumbing sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance client relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure alignment on client needs and service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
- Deliver an amazing onboarding experience for first time users to raving clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Develop intellectual property to be used in marketing client facing materials.
- Prepare and present financial solutions to potential clients that meet their business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the accounting or trades industry.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans that align with company goals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
