We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Part - Time:
- Monday , Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process phone sales and handle transactions efficiently.
- Process sales transactions, including returns and exchanges.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their purchases and inquiries.
- Assist in training new cashiers and supervising their performance when required.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for plants, gardening, and irrigation systems.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions.

- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on selling techniques.
