Overview
A leading high-volume seafood restaurant in Boston is seeking a FOH Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. We’re looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong teams and memorable guest experiences.
Duties
- Oversee daily FOH operations with a strong presence on the floor
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to create a culture of hospitality and high performance
- Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service execution and consistency
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily financials to support operational goals
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Support the GM with training, systems, and service enhancements
Experience
- 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example
- Deep understanding of guest service and team culture
- Seafood experience a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling platforms (e.g., Toast, SevenRooms, HotSchedules)
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
