Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service.
They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire " Web Product Analyst " . This role will be based out of Lenexa, KS and can be 100% Remote.
Duties
Our Solutions Analyst / Technical Business Analyst will be expected to perform a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to :
Understanding and identification of areas for improvement to processes, systems, and business practices
Understanding infrastructure and integration surrounding our supported products
Facilitating communication and management of small to medium scale projects
Research, analyze and present pros / cons for solution alternatives
Understanding development standards, architecture goals and application development practices and assuring design maintains the quality and stability of our products
Job Details & Requirements
Role : Supporting retail team (Possibility for extension / conversion)
Work Setup : Can be 100% remote for the right candidate, preference for local candidates (30-40 miles); local candidates expected in-office once a week
Shift : 8-5 CST / 7-4 CST (flexible)

Technical aptitude
bility to network and collaborate (This is more technical than a BA; no tech design but must engage in technical discussions)
Interview Process :
One-hour interview- Virtual
Two rounds (30 min each) with managers, peers, and development manager
Disqualifiers :
Experience limited to analyst work (e.g., software implementation analyst and business intelligence analyst focused on revenue assessment)
Required Experience / Skills :
2 years of experience in a technical analyst role with specific experience writing documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences in an Agile development environment
Strong understanding of the development of web based software applications
bility to work across groups to form consensus including Marketing, Product Management and Development to define product features, documenting requirements, performing workflow analysis (use cases, diagramming, etc.), and translation into technical implementation
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, methodologies and philosophies continuously
Experience utilizing a variety of tools in order to produce documentation and communicate requirements effectively
Willingness and ability to work individually and in a group
Beginner knowledge of cloud application (Google Cloud Platform) concepts, data management and storage, API design and architecture to sufficiently participate in technical negotiation with software engineers and architects
Comfort with technical diagramming, including cross-functional workflows, sequence diagrams and architecture topographical representations
Bachelor's degree, preferred
