Position: Technical Lead – SWIFT ISO 20022 Change Implementation

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the SWIFT ISO 20022 messaging format implementation in payment systems. The role involves leading technical design, development, and integration efforts to ensure seamless migration from legacy SWIFT messaging formats (MT) to ISO 20022 (MX).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of SWIFT ISO 20022 changes in payment systems.
- Oversee message format mapping, ensuring proper integration of ISO 20022 structures.
- Develop & integrate SWIFT payment systems with core banking, APIs, and settlement platforms.
- Guide testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new message formats.
- Provide leadership & mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and project alignment.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in payment systems, SWIFT messaging (MT & MX), and ISO 20022 transition.
- Strong technical expertise in SWIFT standards, message types, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Hands-on experience in Java, Python, and integration platforms.
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills in payment processing.
- Proven leadership in Agile/Waterfall environments.
