We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Requirements Manager to join our team at Highbury Defense Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing technical requirements for advanced defensive systems.
About the Role:
- System Requirements Engineering: You will work closely with our program office and NSMWDC-SWTD to identify and document system requirements.
- Liaison and Coordination: You will serve as a liaison between our CIPP program office and NSMWDC-SWTD, handling requirements, training, test planning, value assessments, fleet updates, and ensuring alignment with NSMWDC's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage System Requirements: You will manage system requirements, including assessing operational requirements and assisting in the development and evaluation of system requirements.
- Coordinate Program Activities: You will coordinate review of program Capability Needs Statement (CNS) revisions with user community, develop system Concept of Employment (CONEMP), and coordinate between program office and NSMWDC-SWTD to develop and update doctrine for the employment of CIPP capabilities by the fleet.
