My client have an outstanding reputation recruiting technology roles into a cemented client base covering hedge funds, private equity, asset managers and VC backed tech firms.
The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.
− Strong base salary, and very high commissions - you'll be sat in the hottest tech recruiting seat in Chicago.
Highlights:
✓ Base salary from $65,000-$85,000
✓ Specialize within any tech vertical (Cyber, Software, Data, AI/ML, Infra etc.)
✓ High earning: Y1 OTE: Min $180k - Y2 OTE: $250k (many earning $400k )
✓ Min fees of $70k, and 30% commissions ($21k commissions per deal)
✓ Specialise in perm or temp recruiting
✓ No cold BD required - a cemented client base in place across private equity, asset management and VC backed startups.
