I’m exclusively hiring on behalf of a fully remote US Legal staffing firm, with a cemented client base across both Private Practice and In-House.

Boasting a hugely experienced search team, 75% of them are ex-industry attorneys (many at partner level)

Average billers hit $600k year, top billers consistently hit $2.5 million (taking home 50-75% of this in commissions).

• Fully remote model, no in office time required
• Strong base salaries up to $150,000
• Commissions start at 50%, ranging up to 75%
• Cemented client base, no business development required

• Average fees $100,000 , some up to 7 figures
