We are actively hiring for a strong Corporate Services, Admin & Office Support recruiter, to join our clients hot agency recruiting desk, where the average recruiter is taking home $200,000 , and many on the team earning over $500,000.
A $1 million Admin & Corp Services recruiter who has built an incredible desk inundated with roles searching for a lead executor to sit alongside them as their #2, and fill the roles on the desk with an incredible earning package on offer.
The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.
Highlights:
✓ True base salary from $75,000-$115,000
✓ Y1 OTE: $200k - Y2 OTE: $250k-$350k
✓ 50-60% commission on your deals (perm fees, $25,000-$45,000)
✓ WFH flexibility
✓ No BD required - the Director will pull on the roles for you (and you'll be lead executor)
✓ Zero internal competition - all of the roles will fall onto your lap to deliver on
✓ The average consultant in the business bills $600k-$800k with several over $2 million, taking home 50-60% of their billings.
✓ Last year 5 consultants under the age of 25 took home $600,000 before tax.
