Key Responsibilities as a B2B Account Associate:
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting new leads and initiating contact to closing deals and maintaining post-sale relationships.
- Stay updated on all products, services, and promotional offerings by attending regular team meetings and training sessions with other B2B Account Associates.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by establishing trust and reliability.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to develop strategies that position us ahead of competitors.
- Actively listen to client needs, providing tailored solutions and product recommendations to address their unique challenges.
- Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and proposals that highlight the value of our services compared to competitors.
- Document client interactions and provide management with insights on sales performance and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements for the B2B Account Associate:
- Practical experience as a B2B Account Associate or with a variety of sales techniques and a demonstrated ability to handle objections smoothly.
