- Proactively drive sales by engaging with customers in person to promote wireless products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions to meet those needs
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position wireless solutions
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while managing and tracking leads through our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, drive performance, and create a positive team culture
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and convey complex information in an understandable manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive buying experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts and track performance metrics
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet clients and attend events
