Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions to meet those needs. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position wireless solutions. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while managing and tracking leads through our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, drive performance, and create a positive team culture. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications : Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and convey complex information in an understandable manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive buying experience. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts and track performance metrics. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet clients and attend events.
