We are looking for a hands-on, up-and-coming product leader to join us in creating stories in Jira and then narrating those product stories to customers.

Responsibilities
The Senior PM will be responsible for :
Drive the formulation and implementation of the product roadmap, aligning it closely with the company's strategic objectives and market demands.Work with the engineering and design teams and other key groups to establish precise product specifications, features, and end-user requirements.Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to pinpoint product enhancement opportunities and set the product apart in the marketplace.Monitor and interpret key product performance indicators, using these metrics to gauge product strategies' effectiveness and guide decision-making for future developments.Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to craft effective market entry strategies, define product positioning, and create supportive materials for the sales force.Advocate for the user perspective throughout all phases of product development, integrating user feedback and insights to enhance product value and user satisfaction.Navigate and resolve conflicts among project demands, considering user requirements, organizational goals, and technical challenges to make informed decisions.Guide and develop less experienced product team members, promoting a team environment that values cooperation, creativity, and high performance.Work with the Engineering team based out of Bangalore.Is this you?
Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline. An MBA or another advanced degree is a plus but optional if you bring substantial operational experience.Possess at least 3 years of experience in product management, with proven capabilities in launching and expanding B2B products with a focus on Cybersecurity products.Strong technical expertise.A solid grasp of the Cybersecurity industry and its technological developments is a must-have.Experience thriving in startups, small teams, or dynamic environments is highly beneficial.Outstanding ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and compellingly.Perks
