- Leadership and Oversight :
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Inspect and troubleshoot problems, offering recommendations on process and material enhancements.
- Project Management :
- Manage some aspects of mold inspections and projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Prepare accurate quotes based on project requirements.
- Team Support :
- Provide care and support to Carpet Cleaning Technicians and other water restoration jobs.
- Utilize Mold, Carpet Cleaning, and Water Restoration expertise to assist technicians when needed.
