Salesforce Administrator
Location: Austin, Texas
The HigherEchelon Salesforce Division is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our Salesforce systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a history of successfully managing and maintaining Salesforce environments.
Job Responsibilities:
Prioritize tasks and identify critical issues to maintain system stability and reliability.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce applications with other systems and third-party tools.
Proactively identify and resolve high-risk issues within the Salesforce environment.
Implement preventative measures to avoid potential system disruptions and enhance security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Manage and execute Salesforce-related projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success and seamless integration.
Track and report on project milestones and progress, addressing any challenges that arise.
Maintain high standards of quality and reliability for all systems and processes.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, project reports, and technical manuals.
Provide necessary training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective system use.
Required Skills:
Preferred Public Sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience.
Experience in managing, operating, and maintaining Salesforce systems and networks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with system integration tools, middleware, and data migration processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and data management.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of general work experience; 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce system administration, with a focus on technical expertise.
Must be a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance if necessary.
