What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caseworker FTBS - Hillsdale County position at Highfields Inc?
The Family Caseworker for our Families Together Building Solutions (FTBS) Program provides services to families in Hillsdale County.
As the FTBS Family Caseworker you would help families create solutions to prevent out-of-home placement for their children. You would meet with the family in their home for at least three hours a week at times convenient for them. There is no need to be in the office to complete documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mental or behavioral health related field.
- State licensure commensurate with required degree (consideration given if currently in process of obtaining or ability to obtain).
- One or more years experience in providing services to children and families. No experience if you have a master's degree.
- Valid driver's license.
