Key Responsibilities :

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting : Manage financial records in QuickBooks, including filing state and federal taxes.
  • Office Operations : Handle general administrative tasks, including phone support, email correspondence, and scheduling classes.
  • Client & Owner Support : Work directly with owners and clients to ensure seamless office operations and customer service.

What You Will Learn :

  • Industry licensing processes and compliance requirements.
  • Title research and documentation best practices.
  • Sales administration, including contract management and transaction coordination.

  • Experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping.
