Weoperate communities in the western US and are seeking the right Certified Caregiver to join our team. This position can be full or parttime and includes being responsible forthe care of our residents, which can be hands-on and / or stand-by assistance as needed. The successful candidate will have a current Certified Caregiverlicense, be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a positive andself-motivated attitude. - Background in working with differenttypes of people with different ability levels
- Caregiving skills working withvulnerable populations
- Team player with ability to developstrong working relationships
- Ability to take feedback andincorporate it into your efforts
- An understanding of what it takes toprovide care to residents that need physical and / or cognitive support
- Comfortable to adapt quickly to thechanging needs of an older adult
- An understanding or the willingness togain an understanding of the various forms of dementia and how residents withdementia can continue live with purpose
RELATABLE EXPERIENCE :
QUALIFICATIONS :
1- At least years of age
2- A current Certified Caregiver license
3- Ability to obtain CPR & First AidCertification
4- Current negative TB test
5- Possess the ability to sit, stand, bend,and move continuously during work hours
6- Ability to carry or transfer up tolbs with assistance
7- Ability to pass criminalrecord / background check
8- Good time management skills
9- Must be able to work wellindependently with little oversight
