Highland Claim Services, Inc. is a regional third party claims administrator specializing in public entity claims, including workers' compensation, general & auto liability, professional liability, and property claims adjusting. We are growing and seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Adjuster. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for claims handling excellence, ensuring that both staff and clients receive the highest level of service. This role involves overseeing property losses, participating and attending client meetings and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze claims thoroughly to assess damages and determine appropriate course of action regarding coverage and indemnity.
- Organize and maintain detailed records of claims and communications.
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential fraud and implement detection measures.
- Utilize financial software to streamline claims processing and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience handling property damage claims for a NJ licensed insurer or TPA.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proficient in analysis and organizational skills
- Knowledge of auto estimating processes
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Pay: $66,440.00 - $88,176.00 per year
