Commercial Relationship Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Relationship Manager with a community-focused bank located in Cooperstown, NY. This role is ideal for a business banker looking to step into commercial lending position, or a seasoned commercial banking professional with experience in sales, credit analysis, and / or portfolio management. Our client has a strong understanding of the market and is looking for someone who can effectively manage, service, and grow an existing portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial loans, focusing on Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and / or Commercial and Industrial (C&I) lending.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses in the market.
- Provide input into the credit process and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with a local team to support new business development efforts.
- Uphold the bank’s values and commitment to ethical and responsible customer service.
