Job Description
This position is part of a grant-funded workforce development initiative by New York State aimed at supporting Nursing Assistants, Nursing Technicians, and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and respiratory technicians to advance their careers by enrolling in and completing LPN or RN, or RT (respiratory therapy) school. The goal of this position is to provide comprehensive career coaching, guidance, and support to participants, helping them successfully navigate school and work subsequently transitioning successfully into higher-level nursing roles within the healthcare sector.
PAY RANGE: $64,000 - $85,000
