Job Description
Optimizes operations and workflows of the Highland Women's Health (HWH) ambulatory offices, works independently to analyze and initiate improvements to department procedures and protocols to enhance patient flow and patient satisfaction; guides and directs the department leaders in their roles; supervises the administrative, clinical, and clerical staff in their respective roles as quality control and assurance designee; partners with HWH physicians and providers to optimize patient flow and address administrative needs
Salary Rate
100,000-$127,000 annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries / hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Job Requirements
Education : Fulfill the education requirements for NYS license. Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ambulatory healthcare practice management or leadership is preferred; prior supervisory experience required.
License / Certification Required : Current NYS Registered Nurse license or an equivalent licensed clinical practitioner required.
Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to synthesize, analyze, and summarize data via pivot tables, etc. Competence with EMR systems (i.e. Epic), and prior ability to perform under stress, multitask, demonstrate effective leadership skills strongly preferred.
Salary : $100,000 - $127,000
