Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Duties
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide customer support through phone and email correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Utilize computer systems for organizing and storing information
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office applications
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines promptly
- Ability to handle phone systems and provide quality customer support
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
