Job Description :
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the direction of a physical therapist.
- Monitor patient's progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
- Educate patients and families on home therapy exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on patient care.
- Comply with all company policies and healthcare regulations.
