Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in triage and emergency situations, utilizing critical care experience when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Requirements:
- Must possess active nursing license in the state of NV.
