Highland Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center -
- Supervising the day-to-day Housekeeping & Laundry functions of assigned personnel.
- Assisting the Administrator in setting Housekeeping & Laundry standards.
- Assisting the Administrator in standardizing the methods in which work is accomplished.
- Assisting in developing procedures for performing daily housekeeping & laundry tasks.
- Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
