POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically-related emotional and social needs of the resident are met / maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.You will also function as the Medical Records Clerk. You will maintain residents' medical records in accordance with Community policies as well as state and federal regulations. Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy, and respect at all times. Ensure that all medical information is filed correctly and up-to-date for the member’s continuity of care. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Social Services Policies and Procedures.
