Join our team as an Assistant Property Manager where you will play a key role in supporting the property management operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and property management.
Duties:
- Assist in leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Schedule vendors accordingly.
- Support rent collection processes and assist with financial reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks to support property operations.
- Handle emergencies and disputes as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in office administration, property management, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
