Company Overview
Locally owned property management company is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to help with move out turnover. The position will be full time beginning to mid-May to about mid-July. For the right candidate, the position may continue to permanent part time. We provide a fun and friendly work environment and a competitive wage. The ideal candidate will be responsible, previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required, and will be able to commit to an agreed upon schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist in apartment turnover work. Including but not limited to spackling, and painting drywall damage.
- Installing/testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Clearing drains, cleaning out heaters, exhaust fans, and light fixtures.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and irrigation.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation, with the ability to haul lawn mowers, etc.
- Update and improve properties
- The ability to lift/carry 50 lbs
