We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our growing landscaping team to help create custom outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess experience in and passion for the landscaping industry. This role involves supervising landscape projects, ensuring quality work, and working with a team.
Duties
- Help supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Installation of hardscaping like rock walls, pavers, and blocks.
- Irrigation.
- Installation of water features.
- Installation of Landscape lighting.
- Ensure the proper use of tools and equipment, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape installation including rock walls, pavers, lighting, and irrigation.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping or groundskeeping environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Experience operating equipment.
- Experience driving with a trailer.
- Ability to build structures or features as required for landscaping projects.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
