Construction Laborer

Highland Ridge Custom Home Remodeling
Oregon, OR Full Time
POSTED ON 4/2/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/23/2025

“We want our team members to have great lives.”

We’re growing here at Highland Ridge Custom Home Remodeling and we need a General Laborer to help us achieve our business goals.

I’m Chris Hamlin, the company’s co-founder. I started as a framer years ago. It took lots of hard work to create my own company but I’ve loved the journey, well, most of it anyhow. I took classes, sought the advice of industry experts, and survived it all thanks to the solid support of my family. I love what I do and consider myself privileged to work with a team like we have here.

At Highland Ridge we pride ourselves on our integrity and customer service. Sure, we do good work, but without genuine caring about our customer’s experience the good work doesn’t mean much. We’ve brought several innovations to the business over the years that are meaningful to both our team and our customers. We try to apply the latest technologies and stay on top of the trends.

We care about making money, make no mistake about that, but only doing so with style, grace and integrity. We believe in training, education and team member development - and the company is happy to pay for it. We provide all the benefits for our people that we possibly can. And we pay top of market. We aren’t perfect, that’s for sure, but we’re continually trying to improve and become the very best we can be.
