What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead our production teams, ensuring that each project stays on track, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the remodeling journey, from pre-project planning to final inspections. Your leadership will ensure that every project is executed seamlessly, and our clients are thrilled with the results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of carpenters, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project success and quality standards are met.
- Project Estimating & Budgeting: Prepare preliminary estimates, proposals, contracts and manage the project budget from start to finish, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and keeping them updated on project progress.
- On-Site Management: Oversee on-site work, ensuring the project meets safety standards and stays on schedule.
- Job Budget Monitoring: Approve expenses and timeclock shifts to keep the project financially on track.
- Change Orders: Manage and process change orders, ensuring that any adjustments to the project scope, timeline, or budget are clearly communicated, documented, and approved by clients before implementation.
- Final Inspections & Punch Lists: Coordinate final inspections and ensure the punch list is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
- Aftercare and Warranty: Ensure clients are fully informed about our warranty and aftercare program, providing continued support and addressing any post-project concerns to maintain long-lasting relationships and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
- Ability to make critical decisions that keep projects on track and under budget.
- Experience with Buildertrend and other project management tools is a plus.
