About the Role
As a Store Manager , you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, drive operational excellence, and create an unparalleled shopping experience. Reporting to the Regional Director , you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring operational success.
What You’ll Do :
Lead Sales & Operations – Drive sales performance and oversee day-to-day store operations.
Develop & Coach – Train sales associates in our "Customer to Client" selling system to enhance customer relationships.
Recruit & Build a Winning Team – Hire, train, and retain top sales talent.
Create a Customer-Centric Culture – Foster an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor Performance & Set Goals – Track key metrics, analyze results, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure Operational Excellence – Maintain proper staffing levels, oversee merchandising, and uphold store standards.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 5 years of retail management experience , preferably in furniture or bedding sales.
Education : High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Skills & Traits :
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Proven success in commission-based sales environments
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
